We currently have apartments available in Beaver and Hetzel Plaza for the August 2007 to August 2008 school year. They are all 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartments set up for 4 people.
We own and manage them ourselves. That means that you dont have to deal with a Property Management Co. and strangers coming into your apartment when there is a problem. You call us and we will be the ones to do any repairs. There is additional security in that no one has a key to these apartments except us - not even the company that manages the building.
We are seeking responsible tenants for these well-kept apartments for a lease term from August 2007 to August 2008. All apartments are freshly painted for new tenants and guaranteed to be clean.
Rents Include:
All utilities except phone and up to $60/month for electric including extended basic cable.
Free maintenance (except for blatent abuse).
No cleaning (except vacuuming and removal of all personal items) is required at the end of lease and no charge to Security Deposit for cleaning.

Hallway has two closets for extra storage.
The Hetzel Plaza units have new kitchen cabinets, and a new full size self cleaning stove. Both units have new carpet and are corner units.
